Communication is the key to getting the buttons you need! Shoot us a message to let us know what it is that you're looking to order. Make sure to attach your designs or mock-ups. That way, we can make sure that your order will be ready for production when you complete your payment.

What makes your buttons "high quality" compared to others?
The images that we use in our buttons are produced on premium paper using a high resolution, full color laser printer. We use professional equipment and parts produced in the USA. No streaky printouts, dust, or cheap parts are in your buttons when you order with us! Only the best buttons get shipped to you! Using a laser printer also helps your buttons stand up to fading and bleeding if they accidentally end up in the wash, but we wouldn't recommend throwing them in there on purpose!

What is the turnaround time on orders?
Orders will be completed as they are placed. We do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes we run into a few snags. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, along with other factors such as parts inventory, your order should be finished and on its way within a week. If you need your buttons by a specific date or in a hurry, contact us before completing payment so we can make sure that you'll get them in time. Rush orders may carry an extra fee for production and shipping, make sure to get a quote!

How do you ship completed orders?
Buttons are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes using USPS Priority Mail.

What are your image requirements?
We will print whatever you send us, but we prefer to work with large, high quality images. We can provide you with a template if you would like to set up your order yourself in Photoshop or Illustrator. We can perform a simple setup for you at no charge if you provide us with a high resolution(300+ DPI) image that is ready to be centered on our circular template. More complicated setups or custom layout work will cost extra, so please contact us with your needs and we will provide you with a quote. If you would like us to create the content of your button, we are able to help you with that as well.

Can I get a proof of my button before placing an order?
Yes! We can provide you with free digital proofs along with your order. Physical proofs require a fee for limited production and shipping. Contact us for details.
